3rd DANCE EDUCATION CONFERENCE 2010
‘Unleashing
the Potential of Dance Education’

7, 8 and 9 September 2010, The Republic Cultural Centre
REGISTRATION
Applications will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. The
closing date for application is Friday, 27 August 2010.
Successful applicants will be informed accordingly via e-mail. Conference
participants can choose the concurrent sessions to attend upon registration at
TRCC on the morning of 7 September 2010. Admission to each concurrent session
will also be on a first-come-first-serve-basis.
Registration Fee: $50.00
This fee will cover all sessions, workshops, meals,
dance performances and conference materials.
Payment
For Heads of Department and
Teachers
$50.00 will be deducted from the School Operating Fund (SOF –
Local Training) within 1 month of your receipt of confirmation of participation
in the conference.
For Dance Instructors and Practitioners
1.
Only cheque payments will be
entertained
2.
Please issue the cheque of $50.00 made payable
to ‘Accountant-General Singapore’
3.
Only cheques
drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with a branch located in Singapore
will be accepted
4.
This cheque is to be submitted at the point of registration at
TRCC on 7 September. Please note that instructors and practitioners must also access the
portal and apply for a place.

Please choose your school and enter the particulars of your school Admin
Manager (AM).
If the finance matters
of the school is handled by another officer, please enter the
officer’s
details in
the given field.
4.
Please enter your particulars and other details. Please ensure that all
fields are completed.
5.
Please scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the ’Save’ button
after filling in your details.
6.
You will be prompted with ’Your Information has been saved
successfully’. Click on the ’Ok’ button.
