To create greater awareness of dance education in Singapore schools
·
To promote quality dance education and hence contribute
towards the development of a strong dance scene in Singapore

To tap on the professional expertise of dance practitioners
and educators from Singapore, and abroad

To serve as a platform for networking and hence connect
institutions interested in dance education in Singapore

KEY FEATURES
This conference includes keynote speeches, lecture-demonstrations, panel
discussions, forums by keynote speakers and research paper presentations. In
addition, there are experiential dance workshops for teachers-in-charge and
dance instructors. Research sharing sessions, a new feature at the conference, allow the trainers, some of whom are regular contributors to
dance research journals, to share their findings on the field of dance
education.

literature, information and resources in the dance world.
